These terms apply to design work provided by Anamul Hasan Branding (“I”, “me”) to you (“the client”). By accepting a quote or paying a deposit, you agree to them. If a written project agreement says something different, the project agreement wins.
1. Quotes and packages
Every project starts with a written quote or package that lists what’s included: the number of concepts, revision rounds, deliverables and timeline. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work starts. Quotes are valid for [ADD NUMBER] days.
2. Payment
- Prices are in US dollars.
- Payment is accepted by PayPal, Payoneer, Wise or bank transfer. Any transfer fees are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.

- Final files are delivered once the full amount has been paid.
3. Your part in the project
Good work depends on clear input. You agree to provide accurate information, the content and materials needed, and timely feedback from the person with authority to approve the work. Delays in feedback may move the delivery date.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. A round is one consolidated set of changes. Extra rounds, or changes that start a new direction after a concept has been approved, are charged at [ADD RATE].
5. Approval and delivery
Before final delivery you’ll receive the design for approval. Please check it carefully, including spelling, phone numbers and other details. Once approved and delivered, further changes are treated as new work.
6. Copyright and ownership
- When the project has been paid in full, copyright in the final approved design transfers to you, and you may use it anywhere without further fees.
- Until full payment, all work remains my property and is provided for review only.
- Concepts and drafts that you don’t choose remain my property.
- Third-party elements such as paid fonts or stock images are licensed, not owned, and their own licence terms apply. I’ll tell you before using any that need a paid licence.
7. Portfolio use
Unless you ask me not to in writing before the project starts, I may show the finished work in my portfolio, on this website and on social media. If your project is confidential, I’ll keep it private.
8. Originality and trademarks
All designs are created from scratch for your project. I don’t carry out legal trademark searches or registrations; if you plan to register the design as a trademark, you’re responsible for checking availability with a qualified adviser.
9. Cancellation and refunds

10. Limitation of liability
I take care to deliver accurate, print-ready files, but I’m not responsible for printing errors, losses caused by content you supplied, or indirect losses. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it.
11. Governing law

12. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the one in place when you accepted the quote.
