This policy explains what personal information Anamul Hasan Branding (“I”, “me”) collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. I’ve written it to be clear for clients worldwide, including those in the UK and European Union covered by the GDPR.

What I collect
Information you give me
- Project Inquiry form: your name, email address, company, country, the services you’re interested in, budget range, timeline, project details and any file link you share.
- Quick Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Email and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send me when you contact me directly.
- Client projects: the information needed to deliver the work and invoice you, such as billing details and project files.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: my hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
- Form submissions: the form system may store your IP address with your submission to help prevent spam.

Why I use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote: based on your consent and on taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver design work and send invoices: necessary to perform our contract.
- To keep records required by law, such as invoices: legal obligation.
- To keep the website secure and free of spam: my legitimate interest in running a safe website.
I don’t use your information for automated decision-making, and I don’t sell it to anyone.
Who I share it with
Only with services that help me run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Website hosting: Hostinger, which stores the website and its database.
- Email delivery: the email service used to send form notifications and replies. [ADD EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Hostinger Email or Google Workspace]
- Payment providers: PayPal, Payoneer, Wise or my bank, when you pay an invoice. They process your payment under their own privacy policies.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to message me there, your conversation is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
International transfers
I work from Bangladesh and the services above may store data in other countries. Where information about UK or EU residents is transferred outside those areas, I rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
- Inquiries that don’t become projects: [ADD PERIOD, e.g. up to 24 months], then deleted.
- Client project records and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires. [ADD PERIOD]
- Server logs: according to my hosting provider’s standard retention.
Cookies
This website currently uses only cookies that are needed for it to work, such as those that keep forms secure. It does not use advertising cookies. If analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity are added, this policy will be updated first and, where required, you’ll be asked for consent.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask me to:
- tell you what information I hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- limit how I use it, or object to my using it
- send your information to you or another provider in a common format
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done before

Children
This website and my services are for businesses and adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from children under 16.
